Our cuisine

Our cooking is based on traditional homemade dishes prepared with organic products. If you visit us, you’ll be able to try the famous caracoles a la llauna (seasoned and grilled snails) and other dishes rarely found in restaurants, such as wild boar civet and partridge in vinaigrette.

Sequet de pescado

Traditional dish from Catalan coastal fishermen, made with a variety of fish and seafood, served with potatoes.

Typical dish from the Catalan province of Lleida, cooked in an aluminum tray over hot coals and served with delicious homemade aioli.

Carrilleras

Tender oven-roasted pork cheeks served with caramelized onions.

Civet de jabalí

Wild boar stew marinated in red wine and aromatic herbs, served in its own sauce.

Cordero al horno

Oven-roasted lamb slow-cooked at low temperature, served with tender spring onions.

Perdiz a la vinagreta

Partridge meat marinated in a vegetable sauce with aromatic herbs.
